建筑物能耗急剧增加，建筑用能已达全社会能源消费量的30%以上(Energy consumption in construction is increasing rapidly,which is up to 30% of the total energy consumption now. )；
常规能源的使用对环境产生污染(The pollution for Environmentof traditional energy)；
2008年绿色奥运对能源和环保的要求(2008 Beijing OlympicGames’ requirement in energy and environmental protection.)。
